In 2020, Trend Lebanon implemented Coders StaffBit for Absence and Leave Management. The engagement modernized HR self-service at TREND SAL in Lebanon, focusing on leave requests, attendance capture, and an employee portal as part of a Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment designed to improve HR efficiency and compliance.
Coders StaffBit was configured to manage core absence and leave workflows including leave request submission, multi-type absence definitions, approval routing, leave balance calculations, attendance recording and exception handling, and employee self-service portal capabilities. Configuration emphasized role based access controls, automated notification workflows, and built in reporting to support leave policy enforcement and operational HR administration.
The deployment integrated Coders StaffBit with the Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment to align employee records and administrative processes across finance and HR systems in Lebanon. Operational scope covered the HR function and the company employee population of approximately 150, with governance enforced through HR owned approval workflows and policy controls to support compliance and standardized time off processing.

In 2023 Trend Lebanon began an implementation of Coders OpenHub, a Distribution ERP, led by Coders Solutions to modernize finance, inventory and distribution workflows across Trend SAL in Lebanon. CODERS implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Trend SAL in Lebanon to modernize finance, inventory and distribution processes and improve stock tracking and reporting, with an implementation start in 2023 and an estimated go live in 2024.
The implementation centered on finance, inventory control and distribution process capabilities, including centralized financial posting, inventory valuation and enhanced stock tracking and reporting. Use of OneHub distribution features is inferred from CODERS’ OneHub distribution ERP offering and vendor testimonial, indicating configuration of distribution order processing, warehouse transaction posting and reporting dashboards aligned to Distribution ERP functional patterns.
Project delivery was executed by Coders Solutions as the SI VAR, with operational scope focused on Trend SAL operations in Lebanon and direct impact to finance, warehouse and distribution teams. Governance and rollout sequencing followed a staged implementation timeline beginning in 2023 with a targeted cutover in 2024, and configuration and process redesign activities were prioritized to align finance and inventory workflows with the new Distribution ERP environment.
