Operational ownership rested with the hiring team and product and technology leadership, enabling a three-stage recruitment workflow that pairs an initial screening interview with TestGorilla Assessment and a subsequent hiring manager meeting. The integration into the recruiting funnel allowed multiple assessments to be executed in parallel and supported scaling of candidate throughput without introducing new named enterprise integrations. Governance changes centered on introducing an objective, standardized assessment step to complement interview-based evaluation, with role-specific test design and anti-cheating controls used to preserve fairness and consistency. The implementation delivered explicitly stated outcomes of greater objectivity in hiring, improved efficiency through parallel assessments, faster decision making, and increased ability to evaluate candidate skills across multiple domains.
