Governance adjustments included streamlined approval workflows and expanded analytics access for controllers, backed by the Premium Assistant advisory model. According to Aylin Phelan VP and Corporate Controller, Premium Assistant elevated their use of SAP Concur solutions and configuration tuning, and TrialCard reported that expense approval time has greatly decreased.

In 2015, TrialCard deployed MicroStrategy ONE Analytics as its centralized Business Intelligence platform.
