In 2012, TRILITY initiated a major IT consolidation program centered on deploying SAP Business One. TRILITY implemented SAP Business One as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate point software solutions that supported finance, human resources and engineering functions.
Scoping and configuration responsibility was assigned to UXC-owned integrator Oxygen Business Solutions, which performed requirements workshops and system configuration for core financial management, HR core processes and engineering asset workflows. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts rationalization, general ledger processing, accounts payable and receivable controls, and asset management capabilities aligned with the ERP Financial category.
A cross-functional committee established ten months prior scoped three vendors and systems integrators to validate integration requirements and sequencing, and the program targeted consolidation of multiple point applications into the single SAP Business One environment. The implementation covered corporate finance, HR and engineering operational teams within TRILITY's Australian operations.
Governance was overseen by corporate planning manager Walter Munakata and a phased rollout plan was defined, with the new SAP system expected to go live in March next year following integrator-led configuration and acceptance testing. TRILITY SAP Business One ERP Financial was positioned to unify finance, HR and engineering business functions across the organization.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Business One HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, TRILITY initiated its first major IT reform since its acquisition by a consortium led by Mitsubishi Corporation last year. The company consolidated point software across finance, HR and engineering into a single SAP Business All-in-One enterprise resource planning system and implemented SAP Business One HCM to address Core HR requirements.
Scoping and configuration work for SAP Business One HCM was executed by Oxygen Business Solutions, a UXC-owned integrator, with configuration focused on Core HR functional capabilities. The implementation scope centered on standard Core HR workflows and data consolidation, aligning personnel administration and payroll-oriented process configuration to corporate planning and HR operations.
Deployment architecture was specified as a centralized SAP Business All-in-One instance to unify disparate departmental applications, providing a single data model and transaction platform across finance, HR and engineering. A cross-functional committee established ten months earlier scoped three vendors and systems integrators as part of the selection and governance process, and the program planned a coordinated go-live in March next year.
Governance was driven by the cross-functional committee, with Oxygen Business Solutions responsible for detailed scoping and configuration, and SAP as the application vendor. The narrative documents TRILITY SAP Business One HCM Core HR implementation within a consolidated SAP All-in-One ERP architecture, intended to centralize HR and adjacent business functions under unified application governance.

Implementation and technical work included ABAP development and configuration of Enterprise Asset Management programs, backed by an ABAP Technical Consultant engagement in March 2016 at Think 180 in Adelaide, Australia. Deliverables documented in the engagement focused on enhancements to create measuring documents on work orders and to create measuring documents for measurement points tied to risk, extending standard PM work order and measurement point processing.
Operational coverage emphasized TRILITYs water and wastewater service operations, aligning work order management, measurement point handling, and risk-based measurement capture within the Plant Maintenance category. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) was configured to support Plant Maintenance business functions and to embed ABAP-based automation into work order and measurement document lifecycles.
