Implementation work included design and development of Oracle AR Invoice and Inventory Move Order interfaces to transfer transactional data between Tropic’s existing systems and Oracle E-Business Suite modules, enabling automated data ingestion into AR and inventory. Technical deliverables comprised Oracle 10g reports development across AP, AR, GL, INV and PO, Oracle 10g forms personalizations, and Oracle Workflow customizations implemented within Oracle Forms to support transaction approvals and embedded business rules. Cutover and master data upload to Oracle E-Business Suite were executed as part of the rollout, followed by ongoing post implementation technical support through the present engagement period that began November 2016. The project was executed with DMS Software Technologies as the implementation partner, providing configuration, workflow orchestration, reporting development and sustained technical support for the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial environment in Sri Lanka.
