Workday HCM was configured to centralize core HR functions consistent with the Core HR category, including workforce administration, employee data management and position control. The deployment included configuration and testing workflows, automated regression testing using TestComplete, and an RPA strategy centered on UiPath to automate member and administrative processes, aligning application administration with existing enterprise tools.
Integration planning and architecture work were a focal point during the rollout, with the team performing the integration lead role for the initial HRIS implementation and vetting and partnering with Mercer as the third-party consultant. The program included initial API strategy and integration planning with MuleSoft and CRM alignment with Salesforce as part of broader enterprise integration efforts, and used tooling such as Postman for API validation and Adobe Workfront for project administration.
