The implementation targeted the high-volume interactions characteristic of top electronics distributors, addressing quote requests, debit and rebate claims, and design registrations originating from multinational sales and engineering teams.
Model N Channel was configured for quote management, automated price validation and approval, debit and rebate claim processing, and design registration management, aligning channel entitlement checks with distributor requests. The implementation emphasized workflow automation and claims adjudication capabilities to reduce manual customer service load and accelerate accurate quote responses.
Operational coverage focused on channel sales, channel operations, and customer service functions that support thousands of distributor sales representatives and engineers, standardizing the way the manufacturer communicates and interacts with distributor workflows. Governance centralized claim adjudication and standardized approval policies, and processes were restructured to route distributor debits and rebate claims through Model N Channel for consistent handling.
By deploying Model N Channel, TTI aimed to respond to quotes faster and more accurately, automate claim workflows to handle scale, and improve the companys ability to capture correct pricing and convert distributor quotes to sales.
