In 2005, TVH implemented Iptor Finance, deploying an ERP Financial application to support its finance and accounting functions. TVH began working with IBS in 2005 after selecting IBS Financials over SAP and Oracle following global solution reviews conducted from Australia, the U.S., and Belgium.
The Iptor Finance deployment focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, configured to manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. The implementation emphasized accounting workflow standardization and period close automation consistent with enterprise financial systems for a distribution company of TVH's scale.
Architecturally the rollout positioned Iptor Finance as the centralized finance application for TVH, providing a single source for financial transaction processing and statutory reporting across its corporate finance organization. Configuration work included chart of accounts alignment and multicurrency ledger support to accommodate international business units reviewed during the selection process.
Governance activities accompanied the technical implementation, with configuration controls and accounting policy alignment to support consistent bookkeeping and reporting practices across TVH finance teams. The project narrative reflects a structured ERP Financial implementation for TVH, linking Iptor Finance to enterprise finance operations without attribution of specific outcomes or cost impacts.

In 2015, TVH implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as a cloud-based Compensation Management solution for the TVH Group HR organization, deploying SAP SuccessFactors Compensation from SAP alongside an SAP HANA based data layer. The initiative centralized compensation planning within HR and aimed to standardize salary, merit, and variable pay processes across business units while keeping employee master records synchronized with core HR data.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was configured to support structured compensation cycles, budget modeling, merit and bonus planning, calibration workflows, and multi-level approval routing consistent with Compensation Management practices. The configuration emphasized role-based access, systematic compensation worksheets for managers, and automated approval escalation to enforce governance during compensation cycles.
The implementation included a documented integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to provision employee master data and maintain alignment of organizational assignments and pay elements, with SAP HANA serving as the underlying platform for centralized data processing. This integration enabled HR to retain core HR transactional processing while using SAP SuccessFactors Compensation for cloud-native compensation planning and execution.
Governance was formalized through HR-led compensation policies, standardized approval hierarchies, and phased rollouts across TVH business units to align processes and controls. Implementation activities focused on configuration of compensation templates, mapping of HCM pay elements to SuccessFactors constructs, and establishing recurring calibration and approval workflows to support ongoing Compensation Management operations.
