In 2017, Ultradent Products implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. Deployment supported two domestic manufacturing facilities and operated on Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.1.3 to handle manufacturing and finance processes.
The implementation encompassed core manufacturing and financial modules, specifically BOM, CST, ENG, INV, MRP, PO, QA, and WIP, addressing bill of materials, costing, engineering change control, inventory management, material requirements planning, procurement, quality management, and work in process tracking. Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to link manufacturing execution workflows with financial controls and costing processes consistent with ERP Financial objectives.
An internal IT Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Systems analyst created and executed testing scripts for the upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11, capturing functional differences and validating expanded capabilities. The upgrade activities focused on test plan execution, functional insight capture, and configuration adjustments to leverage new Oracle E-Business Suite functionality.
Operational governance combined application support with business process review, with teams working directly with users to identify opportunities for reengineering and streamlining across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering, quality, and finance functions. Insights from the upgrade and functional reviews were used to expand use of existing functionality and to enhance business performance.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Ultradent Products implemented Workday Absence Management. The deployment is part of Ultradent Products' broader Workday footprint that includes HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Timekeeping, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance, and it was provisioned to serve an employee base of approximately 1,900 in the United States. Workday Absence Management was adopted to centralize leave policy administration and unify absence workflows under the Absence and Leave Management category.
Configuration focused on establishing absence plans, entitlement calculations, standard absence types and automated leave request and approval flows consistent with Absence and Leave Management capabilities. The implementation included business rules for accruals, eligibility and absence validation, plus reporting objects and calculated fields to support HR analytics. The HR Technology and Analytics team at Ultradent maintains front and back end configurations, authors reports and performs data analysis to monitor system behavior.
Integrations link absence records into Workday HCM, Timekeeping and Payroll to ensure leave balances and absence events feed time collection and compensation processing, reducing manual reconciliation points. The solution supports HR Service Delivery, Payroll and timekeeping operations and interoperates with recruiting and talent data as part of the consolidated Workday suite. Operational coverage spans corporate HR, payroll operations and site-level timekeeping administration.
Governance is led by the HR Technology and Analytics function together with the Director of HR Service Delivery and Administration, who conduct regular audits, enforce data accuracy and manage service-level oversight. Ongoing governance activities include scheduled maintenance, front and back end issue resolution and iterative configuration updates aligned to Ultradent's HR objectives.

In 2019, Ultradent Products implemented IFS Field Service Management (FSM) as a Field Service Management solution, engaging ProV International as the implementation partner. The engagement is documented as IFS-FSM NA for Ultradent Products, Inc., and the Ultradent project was executed over a two month configuration and customization sprint.
The implementation centered on Smart Client and server customizations, Studio Configurations, Custom Metadata Configurations, and a customized Web application, reflecting IFS Field Service Management functional patterns such as work order handling, scheduling workflows, and dispatch orchestration. Development artifacts and extensions were produced in Visual Studio 2015, with persistence and reporting aligned to an MS SQL Server 2014 database. The project role noted was software engineer performing client and server side customizations and web customization work.
Architecturally the deployment used a client server model with a Smart Client front end and a web application layer, integrated with the SQL Server database tier, consistent with Field Service Management implementations that support technician workflows and service orchestration. Operational coverage targeted the North America region for Ultradent field service operations, with configuration work scoped to studio and metadata layers to adapt IFS Field Service Management to Ultradent business processes.
Governance and rollout were executed through studio configuration controls and custom metadata governance, with ProV International consultants and internal engineers responsible for code and configuration management during the two month delivery window. IFS Field Service Management was restated across documentation and configuration artifacts to align application, category, and business function naming for ongoing support and change control.
