The implementation supported coordination with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, preparation of OMB budget submissions and Congressional Justifications, and quarterly grant accrual methodologies used by PDR staff. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with the PDR Comptroller proactively revising the PDR Funds Control Plan and instituting new CONCUR travel management procedures. Implementation responsibilities included serving as Audit Liaison, preparing the annual PDR Internal Control Assurance Statement, coordinating Open Obligations Review actions, and updating budget outlay tables in collaboration with finance leadership, with staffing and document workflows managed through SharePoint and EZBudget.
