Informatica PowerCenter was implemented as the enterprise extract, transform, and load layer to pull data from three SAP systems, the Telemar contact management system, and the monthly IMS feed into the DB2 warehouse, enabling standardized data models for historical sales, physician addresses, and prescription behavior.
Operational ownership rested with the planning and analysis team supporting field sales and sales and marketing functions, with workflows shifting from manual Excel assembly to warehouse-driven reporting.
