Operational integrations were aligned with the broader financial stack, with Sage Fixed Assets operating alongside SAP, Concur, Sagitta and the enterprise ERP environment, and interfacing with the corporate banking systems used for treasury operations. General ledger posting processes and monthly JE preparation flowed from Sage Fixed Assets into the corporate GL, and bank reconciliations and daily treasury funding activities were coordinated with the corporate banking system and Citrix ICMS platform where used by finance staff.
Governance centered on scheduled reconciliations, reconciliation review and approval workflows, recurring entry control, and documented rollforward procedures for fixed assets and prepaid schedules. Month-end processes included preparation and posting of recurring entries, reclasses and accruals, with treasury controls for EFT approvals and region-specific GL posting ownership maintained through corporate accounting procedures.
