The implementation was configured to support appointment scheduling and task assignment for loan officers and customer service staff, aligning system workflows to branch and operations processes. Operational usage includes Loancierge used alongside Galaxy Plus, with Microsoft Office used for document creation and correspondence and Cisco used for telephony and multi-line customer intake. Staff routinely use Fiserv Loancierge, Galaxy Plus, Microsoft Office and Cisco daily to answer multiple phone lines, assist members, and set appointments for closings and evaluations, embedding the application into front-line servicing and loan origination routines. Governance focused on standardizing appointment scheduling and closing workflows within the Loancierge-driven processes, with operational handoffs between customer service, loan operations and branch teams. Training and workflow documentation were emphasized to align daily duties such as call handling and appointment setting with the Loan Management application.
