Configuration targeted retail deposit and lending workflows, with emphasis on account servicing, onboarding flows and channel-based transaction processing to support branch and digital servicing parity.
Operational rollout covered Utkarsh's Indian branch network and retail finance operations, centralizing core deposit and lending processing while enabling scaled branch expansion. Governance and process alignment focused on banking operations and retail product teams, updating branch procedures and operational workflows to align with the new core and omni-channel servicing model.
The program went live in January 2016 and explicitly enabled faster customer onboarding and supported rapid branch expansion in India, outcomes reported by the bank. Intellect eMACH.ai functioned as the Core Banking anchor for the implemented retail banking, AML, trade finance and treasury capabilities.
