The program went live in January 2016 and explicitly enabled faster customer onboarding and supported rapid branch expansion in India, outcomes reported by the bank. Intellect eMACH.ai functioned as the Core Banking anchor for the implemented retail banking, AML, trade finance and treasury capabilities.
