Intact Software Legacy Intact Xline Distribution ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Vanitorials implemented Intact Xline, a Distribution ERP. The deployment targeted Vanitorials Ltd, a Benfleet United Kingdom distributor of janitorial and cleaning supplies, to consolidate trading and business management onto a single platform. The implementation used Intact Xline features and optional modules to support core distribution workflows. Vanitorials configured typical Distribution ERP capabilities including inventory management, order processing and purchasing, while preserving ribbon based navigation and existing function key workflows to minimize user retraining and accelerate adoption. Xline was configured to integrate with third party suppliers and external platforms to centralize supplier connectivity and drive paperless processes, aligning procurement, sales order processing and warehouse operations under a single transactional system. The implementation emphasized integration flexibility, enabling Vanitorials to control multiple operational facets from within Intact Xline and streamline supplier interactions. Operational rollout was executed with support from Intact professional services and technical support, completing the cutover over a weekend and going live for trading the following Monday ahead of target deadlines. The go live was described as smooth with minimal disruption, and the simplified, familiar interface reduced onboarding friction as Vanitorials planned further adoption through 2021 and beyond.
