ScanNmax was integrated with Maximo purchasing and invoice functionality so created invoices are linked to purchase orders and procurement records, enabling downstream approval and posting workflows inside IBM Maximo - Invoice Module. TriNmax Canada acted as the SI/VAR for the deployment and coordinated integration and system configuration. Operational coverage centered on Videotron accounts payable operations across Canada. Governance changes emphasized standardized capture-to-post workflows and centralized invoice ingestion points under AP and procurement ownership, enabling consistent routing and exception handling inside Maximo.
