Operational ownership for Deltek Vision rested with finance, project accounting, and office administration, with Human Resources using system outputs to coordinate payroll-related documentation and employee rate change processing tied to appraisal cycles. Timesheet review and approval processes were coordinated with project billing activities to ensure billable time fed into the Deltek Vision project accounting workflows.
Governance and workflow changes accompanied the rollout, with standardized monthly project billing coordination, invoice approval routing and petty cash reconciliation procedures executed through Deltek Vision.
