The program developed and delivered a comprehensive suite of HR trainings such as new employee orientation, customer service, Ethics, FMLA/ADA, FLSA, E-Verify, performance evaluation, supervisory basics, preventing discrimination, workplace diversity, quality improvement, interview and selection, and employment law and compliance, and it facilitated the successful integration of the four major business processes through hands-on project management and targeted training and support materials.
