In 2020 Voxy implemented Filevine Outlaw for Contract Lifecycle Management to automate contract generation and align sales and finance processes in the United States. The deployment centered on an integrated workflow between CRM and contract authoring to accelerate commercial agreement creation and reduce manual data handoffs.
The implementation used Filevine Outlaw capabilities consistent with Contract Lifecycle Management, with inferred use of the Draft and Flow modules and the Salesforce connector to enable template driven document assembly and workflow automation. Configuration emphasized templated contract generation, clause reuse, and automated population of agreement fields from CRM data to standardize output.
A Salesforce integration was a core architectural element, mapping CRM account and opportunity data into Filevine Outlaw templates to trigger contract creation and route documents for finance review and sales approval. Operational scope explicitly covered sales and finance teams in the US market, improving collaboration by centralizing authoring and approval steps and reducing back and forth between departments.
Governance focused on process alignment between sales and finance, with changes to contract initiation and review workflows to enforce template usage and approval gates. The implementation delivered stated outcomes of roughly 76 percent faster contract generation and a 98 percent reduction in contract errors, while Filevine Outlaw served as the centralized Contract Lifecycle Management application for Voxy.
