In 2022, W.Kruk updated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the company’s ERP Financial platform. NAV24 led the engagement, executing an upgrade path from Microsoft Dynamics NAV within the broader Vistula Group relationship that began in 2017 and included W.KRUK S.A. among the implemented entities.
The implementation preserved and transferred existing modifications and key functional configurations, following a pre-implementation analysis and a functional and data migration plan prepared by NAV24. Workstreams explicitly covered system configuration, migration of statistical data and opening balances, transfer of customizations, and training of key users, with NAV24 providing analytical and design work beginning in March 2017 and repeatable delivery practices applied to the 2022 update to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Integrations with external systems were identified during the analytical phase and were carried forward as part of the upgrade, with NAV24 responsible for ensuring continuity of integrations and custom interfaces during the production launch. The deployment addressed retail and finance operational functions across Vistula Group companies including W.KRUK S.A., aligning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with the company’s financial management and core retail operations.
Governance included a service and maintenance agreement that began in 2018, ongoing operational support after the 2018 go live, and an upgraded service and maintenance agreement in 2023 following the 2022 update.
