The implementation modernised HR, payroll and attendance processes across the organisation, reducing paper forms and centralising approvals and records within the Digi-X altHR platform. Governance and workflow changes included digitised approval chains and consolidated HR administration, and the vendor case study reports a 65% reduction in monthly man-hours spent on related tasks and RM35,000 in annual savings while noting an approximate 70% increase in efficiency.
