Oracle Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, Warner Bros. Entertainment began implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP at its Burbank, California operations, migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite. The program ran from June 2018 to December 2019 and focused on ERP Financial capabilities across finance, planning, and contracts management. Implementation included configuration and process mapping of Accounts Payable, Oracle Internet Expenses, iSupplier, and iProcurement modules, along with accounts receivable customer, Trading Community Architecture and invoice interfaces to import data from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud ERP. The project defined ERP business processes, mapped existing workflows to Oracle Cloud ERP, and led automation efforts for FP&A related to licensee and franchise consumer products, revenue recognition and contracts management. Architecture and integrations centered on AWS where the team designed and architected a scalable solution using appropriate AWS services, executed data migration from various servers to AWS and carried out retirement of legacy systems. Integrations delivered included SAP HCM and CRM module integration with internal and third party applications, development of Tableau BI interfaces, and SSAS based reporting using MDX and SQL Server tools with report server configuration and web deployment. Governance and rollout used joint application development sessions to gather functional and technical requirements, a change management process covering IT releases and user training, and a structured UAT program with functional and regression scenarios, iterative bug resolution and implementation roadmaps. System access initiatives for SOX compliance, ongoing issue resolution with Oracle support, and integration of third party vendor SaaS were included in the operational support and governance model.

SAP Legacy SAP Dispute Management Dispute Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Warner Bros. Entertainment implemented SAP Dispute Management to manage receivables-related dispute cases for Warner Home Video within accounts receivable and credit operations in the United States. The deployment used SAP Dispute Management as the Dispute Management application to centralize case handling and to streamline investigation and resolution workflows for customer disputes and billing exceptions. The implementation emphasized core dispute case management capabilities common to Dispute Management solutions, including case lifecycle tracking, workflow routing for investigation and escalation, and structured documentation of dispute evidence and resolution steps. Configuration focused on aligning dispute workflows with accounts receivable and credit processes, and the decision to use the integrated SAP module kept dispute processing inside the SAP application landscape. Operational coverage was concentrated on Warner Home Video accounts receivable and credit teams in the United States, with the system used to coordinate cross-functional review and resolution activities. The implementation was documented in a HighRadius-hosted case video that described the choice of the integrated SAP module and identified opportunities to add automation capabilities to augment manual investigation tasks. Governance and process changes supported more consistent dispute handling by centralizing case intake and routing within the SAP Dispute Management environment, which improved dispute investigation and resolution workflows as reported in the source case study. The narrative focuses on structural deployment details and opportunities for further automation rather than quantified outcomes.
