| Humanforce | Legacy | Humanforce Ento Rostering | Workforce Scheduling | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Warrigal deployed Humanforce Ento Rostering as its Workforce Scheduling platform across its residential aged care operations, initiating centralized roster creation and standardized fortnightly roster cycles. The implementation targeted centralization of rostering workflows and establishment of core rosters for all sites, with specific operational ownership in the roster team and coordination with site management for operational needs.
Humanforce Ento Rostering was configured to support forecasting, roster editing, timesheets and exceptions review, roster reviews, on call scheduling and shift replacement workflows. The implementation included EBA interpretation rules embedded in rostering practice, maintenance of employee files and training records, and processes to convert rosters back to company budgets to align labor demand with budget forecasts. A pilot phase for Emprevo and ENTO informed the rollout and the program introduced biometric scanning for electronic clocking as part of timekeeping controls.
Integrations and operational coverage focused on payroll coordination and file uploads to reconcile payroll and rostering systems, ensuring correct processing of staff shifts. Operational scope covered all residential care sites, recruitment to onboarding handoffs into the rostering system, roll draft rosters to produce fortnightly schedules, and supervision of the roster team to support ongoing roster maintenance. The program required liaison with auditors and accreditation assessors to demonstrate roster and payroll alignment for compliance purposes.
Governance and workflow restructuring created formal processes for roster cost alignment with budget forecasts, escalation paths for roster exceptions, and training programs for executives and staff on Humanforce Ento Rostering features. Day to day support processes included logging help desk calls to external suppliers, supervising and coaching the roster team, and assuming team leader duties to maintain roster continuity when leadership was absent.

In 2018, Warrigal implemented Epicor Senior Living, a Healthcare ERP, to support its aged and retirement living operations across its communities. The deployment emphasized operational support for the Shell Cove community and aligned with Warrigal’s strategy and information systems leadership who led the technical delivery and service provisioning. Epicor Senior Living was positioned to underpin resident engagement and online service access through a portal deployed as part of the implementation.

The implementation incorporated care delivery workflow support, workforce management capabilities for rostering and staff administration, and financial and operational administration modules typical in sector-specific ERP solutions. These capabilities were used to standardize processes that support day to day care operations and resident communications.
Operational coverage extended across care delivery teams, workforce and human resources functions, and executive management reporting within the not for profit provider. Governance and project stewardship were led by Warrigal’s manager of strategy and information systems who was recognised for his contribution to the technological environment supporting Shell Cove, reflecting internal ownership of rollout and ongoing system stewardship. The implementation supported broader organisational objectives around management, workforce culture, innovation and communication.
The Epicor Senior Living deployment was publicly associated with organisational recognition, Warrigal being named Aged Care Provider of the Year at the ACSA National Summit and the manager of strategy and information systems receiving an employee award. These awards were presented during the ACSA National Summit on September 5, 2018 in Sydney, illustrating external validation of the operational and service capabilities supported by the Healthcare ERP implementation. Epicor’s role in enabling an aged care platform and automation for Warrigal was cited as part of the organisation’s capability development in aged care service delivery.
