Operational coverage spanned HR, payroll, and benefits administration teams, and the project emphasized compliance management for taxes and regulatory reporting.
Project governance was delivered through a JGI project consulting team that mapped requirements, managed testing, and executed the four month rollout. The upgrade satisfied the customer’s stated requirements and met expectations for keeping in house ADP applications current on taxes and compliance, while preserving the integrity and performance of payroll, personnel, and benefits data.
