In 2021, WWZ Energie migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4 HANA implementation targeted core finance and billing capabilities for WWZ Energie, the Zug Switzerland based utilities and telecommunications operator with roughly 490 employees, consolidating financial processes under a single ERP Financial platform.
The deployment emphasized SAP S/4 HANA financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting, with configuration work on chart of accounts and master data consolidation. The implementation included standard ERP Financial workflows for period close and invoice to cash, and incorporated automation of financial posting and reconciliation processes aligned to utility billing requirements.
Architecturally the program placed SAP S/4 HANA on SAP HANA database technology and maintained hybrid integrations to existing systems. Integrations explicitly included SAP R/3 running on MS SQL Database, the enterprise content management system, a QMS Business Support System, OneSoft Solutions Operational Support System, CableScout fiber management, and the Calix Access Network Platform, creating a synchronous financial and operational landscape.
Innflow served as the SI/VAR on the project, with INVIXO Consulting Group participating as a program partner, coordinating system configuration and industry specific requirements. Governance emphasized phased cutover and process harmonization across finance and billing teams to align ERP Financial controls with ongoing network and OSS BSS operations.

In 2019, WWZ Energie initiated the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as part of a broader SAP S/4HANA transformation. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was deployed to deliver Core HR functionality across WWZ's business areas of energy, water, electromobility and telecommunications.
The implementation focused on centralizing HR master data and standardizing personnel administration and organizational management processes. Configuration emphasized employee self-service and modern HR service delivery to shift workforce behavior toward digital HR interactions, aligning with the company objective to offer employees better digital services.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was integrated into the new SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape and coordinated alongside the introduced Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, with Innflow AG acting as the implementation partner. This integration model positioned SuccessFactors as the authoritative HR record source within a unified SAP system landscape, supporting cross-system process orchestration and data consistency.
Governance combined strong top management sponsorship with cross-departmental engagement, regular transparent status communications and a dedicated project organization of approximately 150 internal and external project staff. The program went live on January 1, 2021, completing WWZ's largest transformation in its company history and enabling centrally managed future HR and operational processes to support market liberalization efforts.
