In 2015 WESSLING France implemented Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance to centralize workforce time capture across its France operations. The deployment targeted the France HR scope under the management committee level, covering roughly 180 employees across three sites located in departments 59, 91 and 38, and aligned with an active program of HR and payroll digitization.
Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance was configured to support core Time and Attendance capabilities including time capture and clocking, shift and schedule management, absence and leave administration, overtime calculation and standardized attendance reporting. Configuration work emphasized role based access and audit logging for HR and payroll handoffs, and the solution was tuned to reflect company specific working time rules and local labor law considerations.
The implementation included integration points with payroll and HR systems as part of the digitization effort, specifically interfacing with the Nibelis payroll solution and with Kelio Pro from Bodet to enable payroll export and HR master data synchronization. These integrations supported end to end HR and payroll workflows, reducing manual data reentry between time tracking and payroll processing.
Governance for the program was administered by the France HR lead who defined HR policy, training and talent management alignment alongside the technical rollout. Rollout and ongoing operations were positioned as continuous improvement projects within HR, focused on stabilizing attendance workflows, standardizing processes across sites and embedding the Bodet Kelio Time and Attendance application into day to day HR and payroll operations.
