In 2018, Wholegood implemented Safescan TimeMoto, a Time and Attendance application. The deployment introduced a new clocking in system to consolidate employee time capture for the 40-person consumer packaged goods business in the United Kingdom. The project replaced manual time collection with electronic clocking to standardize attendance records across operational roles.
The Safescan TimeMoto implementation was configured to capture clock-ins via on-site terminals and time tracking interfaces, to generate attendance logs and schedule controls, and to produce payroll-ready exports. Configuration work focused on time and attendance reporting, standardized exception handling, and role-based access so managers could review and approve team time entries. The implementation leveraged module-aligned workflows typical of Time and Attendance systems, including attendance reporting and payroll export functions.
Operational rollout included training for all relevant managers on Safescan TimeMoto procedures, exception resolution, and the monthly payroll export process. Monthly payroll information was prepared in conjunction with an external payroll bureau, creating a formal monthly data handoff and manager approval workflow. Governance changes centered on manager sign-off for time edits and a consistent process for producing payroll-ready time data.

In 2013, Wholegood implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform. The deployment established Google Workspace as the companywide cloud SaaS backbone for internal collaboration and corporate communications across the 40 person organization, covering email, calendar, document collaboration and file storage functions.
Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) was configured with standard Collaboration capabilities such as Gmail for corporate email, Google Drive for centralized file storage, Docs and Sheets for collaborative document editing, and Calendar for scheduling, with administration managed via the Google Admin console. Public site source artifacts indicate the organization’s Google Workspace footprint is surfaced on their website, and the platform is used across core business functions including marketing, sales and operations. Governance appears to follow typical small enterprise patterns, with centralized user provisioning, shared drive organization and role based access controls to support cross functional workflows.

In 2023, Wholegood implemented RF-SMART Warehouse Management alongside NetSuite to improve lot controlled receiving, rotation and picking for perishable and short shelf life stock. RF-SMART Warehouse Management was deployed in the United Kingdom at Wholegood's warehouse and inventory operations and focused on enabling lot tracking throughout fulfillment.
The deployment configured lot controlled receiving, inventory rotation rules, lot level picking workflows, and fulfillment lot tracking, aligning warehouse processes to perishable inventory controls. The implementation leveraged Warehouse Management capabilities for pick sequencing, lot assignment and ASN handling to enable earlier advance shipment notifications and support faster invoicing.
Integration linked RF-SMART directly with NetSuite for inventory and order orchestration, ensuring lot attributes and movement records in RF-SMART flowed into NetSuite financial and fulfillment records. Operational scope covered UK warehouse and inventory functions and impacted receiving, inventory management, picking and finance invoicing workflows, with governance changes to rotation and lot tracking procedures to reduce incorrect rotation. The project more than doubled daily picks, reduced stock wastage from incorrect rotation, and enabled earlier ASNs and faster invoicing for customers.
