Configuration work emphasized payroll configuration, tax engine setup, benefits enrollment flows, compensation structures, HR records and reporting components within Oracle Cloud HCM. The implementation integrated with existing payroll and HR tooling explicitly referenced by Winsupply, including ADP and Total Service payroll inputs, the Dayforce personnel database, AS400 mainframe records, UKG for tax notice uploads and monitoring, MasterTax for tax calculations, Salesforce for service and billing records, OnBase Hyland for document management, and Sage for billing and accounting interfaces. Governance and operational processes were formalized around payroll tax reconciliation, timely tax deposits and filings, notice resolution and root cause analysis, and cross functional coordination for audits and eligibility verification. Operational responsibilities included tax agency interactions, resolution of payroll tax notices, year end tax processing for W2s and Forms 941 and 940, and supporting payroll administrators and analysts as subject matter experts.

Functional capabilities implemented included enterprise-class data cleansing, standardization, matching, enrichment, and governance workflows to establish a single source of trusted product data and to simplify product assortment processes for suppliers.
The deployment centralized data services for product, supplier, and customer domains and integrated acquisition data and supplier catalogs to accelerate onboarding, reducing time to integrate data from acquisitions to five days versus three months. Operational coverage extended to merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, and distribution center teams, giving stakeholders a single, trusted, and easily accessible platform for analytics and operational decision making.
Governance and process changes introduced steward workflows and automated quality checks, which reduced workload for data stewards by 50 percent and improved data accuracy. Informatica Data Quality enabled data-driven decision making, simplified product search capabilities that increased online sales by 10 percent, and positioned Winsupply with a modern product data platform to support ongoing competitiveness.
