WiZink Bank used the Onesait Banking Platform as its Core Banking platform to support retail banking, payment operations and loan servicing, with modular functional domains and parameterized product rules to accelerate product configuration and transaction processing.
Operational coverage focused on retail banking and back-office operations in Spain, with a staged rollout through development, integration testing, user acceptance testing and production releases. Governance emphasized centralized change control, release orchestration and role-based operational responsibilities across operations, customer service and finance teams. The implementation delivered successful production deployments using Onesait Banking Platform while maintaining vendor delivery by Indra Sistemas.

Governance shifted toward platform-centric maintenance, with automated patch and lifecycle management owned by the Autonomous Database environment rather than manual system patching, and the solution was positioned to support analytics, risk, finance, and core reporting workflows within WiZink Bank.
