In 2023, Wolf Oil deployed 2imagine Pulse in Belgium for Marketing / product-information automation. The implementation targeted automated production of multilingual product datasheets to support the company's marketing and product information workflows.
2imagine Pulse was configured to pull product data directly from Wolf Oil's inriver PIM and to drive Adobe InDesign templates using EasyCatalog to produce print-ready PDFs. The solution automated template-driven layout, localization handling, and batch publishing to generate thousands of datasheets without manual typesetting. This configuration reduced reliance on manual design work and lowered design costs according to the case study.
The project was delivered with implementation partner Delaware and reached production in less than one month after sign-up, reflecting a compact rollout timeline. Operational scope covered marketing and product information teams in Belgium, with governance centered on template management in Adobe InDesign and data stewardship in inriver PIM. 2imagine Pulse served as an automated publishing layer between the PIM and InDesign templates, orchestrating data extraction, localization, and PDF generation.
