Governance and workflow changes centered on standardized month end, quarter and annual close procedures, preparation of audit schedules and reconciliation packages, and resolution of audit queries for assigned entities. The program also emphasized continuous refinement of accounting policies and process changes to support IPO readiness and improved audit responsiveness.
