Triquestra Legacy Triquestra POS Point Of Sale ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Z Energy implemented Triquestra POS as part of Triquestra’s Infinity retail management system. The deployment covered 200 Z branded retail sites across New Zealand, establishing a standardized Point Of Sale platform to support retail operations and store transaction processing. The rollout was delivered through the Triquestra and ECL Group partnership, with ECL Group serving as the technology install and support partner. Triquestra POS and the Infinity retail management system were configured to provide core Point Of Sale capabilities typical for fuel and convenience retail, including transaction processing, centralized pricing and promotions management, store-level inventory visibility, and retail reporting for operations. Configuration work focused on aligning terminal functionality to Z Energy store workflows and centralizing retail management functions into the Infinity platform to maintain consistent site configurations and pricing control. Operationally the implementation spanned store operations and retail management functions across Z Energy’s national footprint, with ECL Group responsible for technology installation and ongoing support services. Governance emphasized a centralized application and support model administered through Triquestra’s Infinity system and ECL Group service processes, enabling a single managed Point Of Sale environment across all 200 Z sites.
