The project included business process design work to embed leave validations and accrual logic into hiring and role change workflows, and the team prepared and executed test scenarios before each migration to production. Integrations and operational support relied on Workday EIB mass loads to manage day to day transactions such as Hire, Edit Position, Edit Job Requisitions, Assign Roles, Put Cost Center, and Update Supervisory Organizations, enabling operational data synchronization for absence calculations. Reporting and analytics were implemented using Advanced Reporting, with standard and custom reports, dashboards, scheduled reports, alerts, and custom notifications to support absence administration and case follow up. Governance and ongoing operations were structured through configurable security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies, with dedicated support for Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Security, and Reporting incidents. The configuration work also referenced broader HR and benefits coverage including Open Enrollment setups for US, Canada, UK, and France to maintain consistency between benefits and absence entitlements.
