Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Zebra Technologies implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial application. The engagement was an end-to-end Oracle Applications R12.1.1 initiative supporting North America and APAC, with a focus on SCM and finance functional coverage across manufacturing and distribution operations. The implementation included configuration and development across PO, OM, WIP, INV, GL, Iexpenses, and Iprocurement modules. Technical work encompassed creation of value sets, lookups, concurrent programs, request sets, database objects such as tables and sequences, advanced PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms and Reports development, and XML BI Publisher report design for OM, WIP, and INV. Interfaces and data conversion were central to the deployment, with conversions built for purchase orders, inventory on hand, items, BOM routing, and WIP into R12.1.1. Both inbound and outbound interfaces were developed to provide continuous integration between Oracle E-Business Suite and other manufacturing systems where supplies manufacturing is performed, including FTP scripts to publish report outputs to a middleware server and an integration to the EFI Radius PSA deployment in Preston for WIP scheduling. Program governance and rollout artifacts were produced to support controlled delivery, including BR100, MD070, MD70 technical design documents, MD120 installation instructions, and code review checklists. Operational processes were institutionalized through registration of custom forms, reports and concurrent programs in applications, daily status reporting to development teams, defect resolution and monitoring of daily finance jobs, and escalation handling via OWC sessions with Oracle.

iCIMS Legacy iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Zebra Technologies implemented iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System on its corporate careers site and intranet careers portal. The iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System is deployed to centralize job postings and manage end to end candidate application flows on zebra.com and the internal recruiting portal. Deployment leverages the vendor hosted iCIMS environment embedded in public career pages to surface requisitions and capture applicant data. Functional coverage includes requisition posting and lifecycle management, candidate sourcing and application intake, applicant tracking and status workflows, interview scheduling and coordination, and configurable hiring workflows and reporting. The implementation uses standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities to enforce staged candidate progression, requisition templates, and role based recruiter access to candidate records and requisition data. Integration scope includes a SAML single sign on connection, as evidenced by the sso_connection parameter in the careers portal URL, enabling unified authentication for internal users and recruiters. Operational ownership sits with Talent Acquisition and corporate HR, centralizing applicant data and standardizing hiring approvals and workflow configuration across Zebra Technologies recruiting teams.

GoTo (formerly LogMeIn) Legacy LogMeIn BoldChat Chatbots and Conversational AI AI-Powered Application n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Zebra Technologies deployed LogMeIn BoldChat on its website to add live chat capability to its customer engagement layer. LogMeIn BoldChat, a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution, was embedded across product and support pages to provide immediate web visitor interaction and routing. The deployment included a chat widget for real time visitor engagement, proactive greeting triggers, canned response libraries, and an agent console for concurrent chat handling. Configuration emphasized queue based routing, intent routing and scripted conversation flows to transition between automated messages and human agents. These functional modules reflect standard Chatbots and Conversational AI workflows for web engagement and agent-assisted conversations. Operational coverage focused on the public website, where the chat function supported web customer service and sales engagement workflows. Governance was organized around operator message templates, routing rules, and monitoring of chat queues to coordinate agent availability with incoming web sessions. The implementation centered on web channel instrumentation and agent workflow orchestration using LogMeIn BoldChat.
