ADP Legacy ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Zenith Insurance Company implemented ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) for Time and Attendance to centralize timekeeping and payroll controls. The ADP Enterprise eTIME deployment supported semi monthly, multi state payroll transmission for 1,500 employees, processing roughly 11 million in monthly payroll dollars and tying time capture directly to payroll operations. The implementation emphasized electronic timekeeping and audit workflows, with ADP Enterprise eTIME used to maintain the company timekeeping database, perform time entry audits, and enforce time capture validation. Functional capabilities included time entry review and correction, payroll export preparation, direct data entry of direct deposit account numbers and tax information, processing of pay adjustments and Rapid pay batches, and manual check processing for new hires, additional pays and terminations. Operational integrations and governance centered on exports from ADP Enterprise eTIME to the Enterprise product ADP-EV4 on a semi monthly cadence, and coordination with Payroll and Human Resources for payroll submission. Payroll staff produced semi monthly payroll analysis, headcount analysis, and line item reconciliations for the payroll manager, and participated in General Ledger reconciliation and booking of payroll journal entries into Oracle. The program established subject matter experts who led ADP Enterprise eTIME testing, upgrades and implementation, served as leads for ADP-EV4 testing and administration of ADP Total Pay Debit cards and ADP iPay accounts, managed the Payroll Helpdesk, and created documentation and training to sustain ongoing operations.
