Operational coverage was company wide in Sri Lanka, impacting HR administration, payroll processing, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and recruiting handoff into active employment. Functional responsibility spanned HR and payroll teams as primary users, with new hires adopting self service for onboarding tasks and records maintenance.
Governance changes formalized digital approvals and task handoffs for onboarding activities, and process redesign removed paper based steps in favor of electronic documentation and workflow automation.
