In 2023, Zonar Systems migrated from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project targeted core ERP Financial capabilities, consolidating finance and order management into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to provide a single system of record for transactional finance functions.
Configuration work focused on standard Business Central financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order processing, complemented by layered security and business rules aligned to Zonar’s operational workflows. The implementation extended Business Central with Microsoft Power Platform components, delivering custom PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot-enabled features to automate approvals, embed forms, and enforce business validations.
Integrations preserved and migrated critical external connectivity, explicitly moving EDI file exchange and trading partner coordination into Business Central while integrating with Outlook for email tracking and with call center software for automated record retrieval to support service and support processes. Application lifecycle management practices were applied to ensure bidirectional synchronization, resilience, and data hygiene across Business Central and adjacent systems.
Governance and rollout included layered security design, licensing management, user acceptance testing, comprehensive training, and staged adoption to embed new CRM and ERP workflows. The program emphasized operational adoption and managed EDI transition, resulting in streamlined CRM and ERP operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In 2015, Zonar Systems implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR platform. The project emphasized Oracle Fusion HCM security design using Oracle Identity Manager constructs to manage access and role provisioning.
The implementation team built custom security in Fusion HCM, including Create and Modify Data roles and their Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles and Duty Roles configured at OIM. Teams also built and managed a dedicated sandbox for personalization to isolate configuration changes and support iterative UI and process adjustments.
Zonar designed custom reporting and interfaces to meet client and audit requirements, and authored unit testing artifacts including test cases and test scripts to validate product functionality across HR workflows. Operational execution included managing an offshore team focused on Fusion and Taleo requirements, coordinating development, testing and personalization workstreams.
Governance was formalized around role based access control and segregation of duties through OIM role configurations, with sandbox controls and testing artifacts supporting auditability. Oracle Cloud HCM served as the centralized Core HR system supporting HR administration, compliance reporting and controlled personalization processes.
