Data migration and transition activities moved employee and payroll data from Ascender Preceda into Ceridian Dayforce HCM, with operational coverage across AU and NZ sites. Payroll validation was performed through parallel pay runs to verify payroll configuration and compliance, while the solution tied recruitment and onboarding workflows into the core HR record to maintain continuity of hire to payroll.
Project governance followed a formal project plan with monitored timelines and budgets, overseen change management and end user training, and included creation of test scripts and undertaking user acceptance testing to ensure compliance and defined behavior.
