Governance and support processes were formalized through deployments, system configuration and version upgrade routines, creation of SRS and DFD artifacts, testing of enhancements and patches, production of user manuals and help files, and structured end-user training and support during performance incidents. API maintenance and vendor liaison were included as part of the support model, establishing repeatable operational workflows for AlayaCare Procura within Bethanie's Home Care Management environment.
