In 2021, BaptistCare implemented TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere as its ERP Financial platform to support core finance, payroll, procurement to pay, human resources, and reporting functions across the organization. TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere was positioned to centralize financial control and standardize transactional processing for finance and people operations within BaptistCare.
The implementation scope concentrated on configuration and optimization of TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere modules, including finance ledger configuration, payroll setup, procurement to pay workflows, HR record configuration, and reporting channels. Responsibilities included customization of business processes inside TechnologyOne, creation and maintenance of transactional and data entry forms, and building new ETLs while migrating existing ETLs to the Ci Anywhere data model.
Operational delivery required close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the vendor implementation teams to conduct unit testing and system integration testing, and to troubleshoot issues raised during testing and post-go-live. The role mandated design, configuration, maintenance and execution of TechnologyOne XLOne Reports and Crystal Reports, alongside operating ETL jobs and interface processes to support downstream reporting and reconciliations.
Governance activity emphasized role-based systems access review and configuration to meet compliance requirements, plus logging and management of support requests with TechnologyOne according to agreed SLAs. Change control and deployment procedures covered customization approvals, ETL migration sequencing, testing signoffs, and ongoing support routing to ensure stable operations across finance, payroll, procurement to pay and HR business functions.

In 2021, BaptistCare implemented Epicor Senior Living. Epicor Senior Living was deployed as a core Healthcare ERP to support resident management and to centralize operational data flows across multiple lines of business.
Deployment architecture was organized under a centralized Applications & Data Integration function led by an Application Manager, overseeing a 20 person team with five team leader directs. The implementation targeted operational coverage in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia, aligning Epicor Senior Living with resident-facing workflows and support functions. Configuration emphasized resident management capabilities, operational reporting, and the introduction of formal application lifecycle controls.
Epicor Senior Living was integrated into the enterprise application landscape using the organization’s enterprise integration strategy, explicitly linking to Mulesoft for middleware orchestration. The implementation exchanged transactional and master data with Technology One for enterprise ERP processes, with Microsoft Dynamics for CRM workflows, and with AlayaCare for case management touchpoints. These integrations supported end-to-end data consistency across care delivery, finance and customer engagement functions.
Governance design included vendor performance management, jointly developed business roadmaps, and the rollout of application lifecycle management practices to standardize change, release and compliance activities. Strengthening security and compliance was an explicit program objective, alongside implementing cost effective integration patterns to improve business experience and efficiency. Operational reporting and insight capabilities were formalized to support business stewardship and continuous improvement.
