In 2019 Pepsi Bottling Ventures implemented AVEVA Insight as part of a broader AVEVA suite deployment at its Garner plant in the United States. The project combined AVEVA System Platform, MES Performance, InTouch HMI and Historian to centralize production and downtime tracking across five production lines, aligning with Asset Performance Management objectives for plant operations.

In 2020, SCG Chemicals deployed AVEVA Insight as part of a Digital Reliability Platform for Asset Performance Management across its petrochemical operations in Thailand. The implementation leverages an end to end Asset Performance Management architecture that integrates AVEVA Predictive Analytics and the AVEVA PI System together with AVEVA Insight, enabling data historian ingestion, model scoring and centralized condition monitoring. Functional capabilities implemented include predictive analytics for equipment health, performance monitoring dashboards, time series data collection and cloud-based analytic visualization, consistent with Asset Performance Management workflows.
Operational coverage focused on SCG Chemicals petrochemical sites in Thailand and impacted reliability engineering, operations, maintenance and asset management functions. REPCO NEX Industrial Solutions supported delivery and deployment governance, with process alignment around condition based monitoring and analytic driven maintenance planning, and the program delivered improved reliability and received industry recognition for asset monitoring.
