Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum | Leisure and Hospitality | 10 | $1M | United States | Brandlive | Brandlive | Event Management | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum deployed Brandlive to deliver a fully branded Event Management experience for its Awayzgoose gala. The Brandlive platform provided ultra-customizable branding controls that allowed the museum design team to apply day-by-day visual themes and immersive museum aesthetics across the virtual venue, preserving the institution's distinctive typographic and material identity. This Event Management deployment supported program delivery by museum staff and created a sense of presence for remote attendees, helping the organization continue its public-facing mission during a difficult year.
The implementation configured Brandlive to host an end-to-end branded experience including branded stages, video interstitials, social media elements, static ads for the online store, and event schedules, with the design lead directly managing creative assets and theming. Content management and live update capabilities were used to make changes before and during the event, enabling the team to adjust visuals and promotional elements in real time. By embedding the museum’s visual system across the Brandlive Event Management environment, Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum centralized event branding and program operations for its gala and related fundraising programs.

Meredith Food & Wine | Media | 7915 | $2.8B | United States | Brandlive | Brandlive | Event Management | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020 Meredith Food & Wine deployed Brandlive under the Event Management category to convert the Classic Food & Wine in Aspen three day gala into a virtual fundraiser, a decision prompted by COVID 19 travel restrictions. The move to virtual involved editorial and marketing leadership, with Hunter Lewis and Nancy Weber coordinating with Brandlive leadership during May 2020 to reframe the event as a free, widely accessible online experience featuring celebrity talent and charity partners.
The implementation used the Brandlive Events platform and Brandlive Greenroom streaming software combined with Brandlive remote video production services to deliver TV style broadcast production. Core functional components configured for the event included a custom registration page, a custom event page, lower third graphics, branded TV style transitions, a live host module, a mix of pre recorded and live content streams, live polling functionality, and a moderated chat feed for attendee interaction. The configuration emphasized broadcast quality video workflows, staged transitions, and sponsor highlight placements consistent with Event Management operational patterns.
Operational delivery included multiple virtual event endpoints, the Brandlive event page, direct embedding on Food & Wine’s website, and distribution to Food & Wine’s YouTube channel, with prominent donation links embedded across those channels. The program hosted multiple speakers, classes, and demos, and integrated donation and sponsorship visibility into the event pages and on screen graphics. Stakeholder coordination included food media editorial, marketing, and fundraising teams working with Brandlive support to align creative and technical production.
Governance and production workflows were restructured to support remote coordination between Food & Wine event organizers and Brandlive’s support and production teams. Design strategy sessions produced brand aligned visual treatments and professional TV style shots, and operational processes were adapted to manage a hybrid schedule of pre recorded segments and live streaming, along with moderation and live interaction workflows.
The virtual Classic Food & Wine event took place on July 23, 2020 using Brandlive and raised over $30,000, recording over 708 total comments in the chat and enabling real time audience engagement across channels. Meredith Food & Wine Brandlive Event Management supported editorial programming, marketing activation, and fundraising functions through a broadcast oriented virtual event architecture.
