The network and CiscoWorks Network Management were deployed to enable total integration between warehouse logistics software and the ERP-Ditech application, and to align the networking chain from terminal radios to access points to wired infrastructure and the wide area network. Conad Adriatico also signaled plans to extend the Cisco networking approach when connecting points of sale via an MPLS network.
Governance emphasis was placed on architectural reliability and operational continuity, reflecting the need for a robust networking backbone to support complex logistics software.
