In 2014, ICON implemented Dbvisit Standby MultiPlatform as part of a Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) program to formalize database high availability and recovery processes. The work was executed in close collaboration with internal technical support teams and the ICON DBA organization to design, develop, implement, and support formal database disaster recovery plans.
