Cosmo Co., Ltd. served as the system construction partner, providing migration and virtualization expertise to execute a staged migration over about six months without stopping the system. Governance and operational procedures shifted to centralized monitoring and rapid response workflows, eliminating server by server alert analysis and enabling remote firmware management and faster disk expansions.
