Until July 2014 Bonduelle used Coheris to record product claims and to enable quality services and marketing teams to identify manufacturing problems or product dissatisfaction. The new CRM approach enabled Bonduelle to handle a wider range of consumer communications through Easicrm and to unify customer relations, quality services and marketing touchpoints across its international footprint.
