Genic Data Manager was provisioned as a centralized data management and reconciliation layer, delivering market data management, trade capture normalization, position consolidation and reference data governance consistent with CTRM functional expectations. The implementation integrated with off the shelf trading systems Endur and Trayport and with bespoke Microsoft .Net applications in the portfolio, enabling standardized data flows into risk reporting, settlement and operations workflows.
Operational scope focused on trading desks and risk management functions for gas, power and derivatives, with configuration workstreams addressing capture, reconciliation and downstream consumption by risk and operations teams. Governance and rollout were coordinated by the T Project Manager with cross functional stakeholders to align configuration, interface development and operational handover across Eni's trading technology stack.
