Operational coverage centered on Group Control in Rotterdam and extended to Business Unit controllers, staff functions such as corporate strategy and treasury, and finance teams responsible for IT and other overhead. Integrations emphasized finance-to-reporting workflows between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, and the solution was used to collect standardized inputs from business units to feed the monthly management packs and ad hoc analyses. Governance and process changes were driven by Group Control, which led report design, the Planning & Control cycle and the implementation of In Control requirements for internal controls. The project included an explicit integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and NGA payroll, described in project notes as SuccessFactors EC to NGA payroll integration on SAP, to transmit payroll relevant employee records for payroll calculation. Governance and program ownership rested with the NGA Project lead for Eneco Netherlands who coordinated integration testing, payroll interface validation and the six month deployment activities.
