Functional modules and capabilities centered on estimating and cost control workflows, with InEight Estimate used for detailed cost breakdowns and estimate versioning, interfacing to project controls and scheduling inputs maintained in Oracle Primavera P6 and Trimble Accubid where applicable.
Integrations were executed with multiple enterprise systems, including Concur, Wintik, FOS, Compass, OneClick and Clarity, enabling estimate to procurement and expense flows. The implementation included substantive data migration tasks and technical deployment workstreams coordinated with SAP program management, aligning estimate outputs to SAP financial and project accounting ledgers for downstream billing and forecasting.
