Cision | Professional Services | 4800 | $1.0B | United States | Jitterbit | Jitterbit Harmony | iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) | 2015 | n/a |
In 2015 Cision implemented Jitterbit Harmony, an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), to support integration between Salesforce and NetSuite during a NetSuite OneWorld ERP Order to Cash deployment. Jitterbit Harmony was provisioned as the cloud integration layer to orchestrate transactional and master data flows between the CRM and ERP systems.
The implementation focused on configuration of the Jitterbit Harmony mapping engine and data cleansing pipelines, and the mapping engine and data cleansing were validated as complete. Functional workstreams aligned with Order to Cash were modeled, including customer master synchronization, order handoff and status updates, invoice creation, and payment status reconciliation, using transformation and orchestration capabilities typical of an iPaaS implementation.
Integrations were explicitly between Salesforce and NetSuite, with Jitterbit Harmony serving as the connector and transformation hub. Operational coverage included sales and finance business functions, and internal NetSuite administration and project management resources validated mappings and data quality during the integration testing window.
Governance centered on preproduction validation of mappings and data cleansing, staged cutover sequencing for Order to Cash processes, and operational error handling within Jitterbit Harmony. The deployment positioned Jitterbit Harmony as the central integration orchestration platform linking Salesforce and NetSuite for Cision, with tested mapping and cleansing controls in place.
